We leave no stone unturned in this Program, that incorporates Karen’s 30-year journey in the health and wellness arena, and her many years working with top coaches, trainers and metaphysicians.
I'm Karen McCoy and what I learned over years in the health / fitness field is that things change as we age, but most coaches, trainers and nutritionists have little experience in working with our population group. They're using outdated tactics that don't support us.
My own experience as an ageing athlete has provided me with a unique perspective on ageing and all its complexities and requirements. Our food, movement and mindset strategy must change with age. Solid research + experience MUST lead the way.
