This is our Shedding Time... shedding the excess fat, shedding outdated beliefs, and silencing the voices from the past. It is those voices that create unconscious and self limiting beliefs that will NEVER lead to lasting, powerful results UNLESS we challenge them!   • Your Spring Workout includes your WW workout card, exercise videos, sets and reps and tips and tidbits along the way to support you in crafting your Beautiful Body (you will need gym equipment for some of the exercises). We are using the POWER of supersets and MET to TUNE you UP!
  • Your Zen of Healthy Eating Rules. It's how us Warrior Women eat - alongside the Seasons. THIS is how we build a healthy immune system, healthy digestion, healthy sleep & recovery, and healthy CHI (energy)!
  • LIVE coaching sessions with Karen to support you including....
  • 1. What METABOLISM really is! It's NOT what you've been told! There is a careful strategy that must be in place...less is more in our 'vintage' world!
  • 2. Food Rules to live by: It's not complicated, but it IS not what you think - no low carb, keto, or any 'trendy diet'. That's part of the misinformation out there!
  • 3. Happy Hormones - We all have 'em and they challenge us, right? How to manage peri and memo pause through the years.
  • 4. Your BELIEFS - What is holding YOU back? Our Test Your Beliefs session will show YOU what is really at a deeper level and how to shift it UP! We must craft fresh, empowering ones to lead us into SUCCESS!
  • ...and of course training tips along the way.
  • PLUS we'll open up to Q and A's after each teaching session to answer your questions - day and time to be announced (replays will be available for all calls).
